We’ve dug up some old and beautiful items from the past. This one happens to be a visual map that came with a Guidebook that was sponsored by Polaroid back in 1982. You really get a sense of how much has changed over the years at Disney by looking at items like this. We’ll expand upon this gallery by adding some more pages from this piece shortly so stay tuned! Be sure to click on the image on the right for an expanded view.
The top right of the map reads:
“A two-day visit is recommended for maximum enjoyment of all six lands. We suggest you begin in Adventureland on your first day visit and in Tomorrowland on your second day. To save time we suggest you stop for lunch either before noon or after 2 p.m. A second or third day also allows you time to have lunch in one of the Walt Disney World resorts, explore the tropical paradise of Discovery Island, splash at River Country, the old-fashioned swimming hole or browse around the Walt Disney World Village.
