We stayed at the Wilderness Campground cabins in Jan. 2006 and I was unfortunately suffering from a bad back (disk problem). The mattress was not comfortable so we called Guest Services. Within 20 minutes after the call three Services people came to our cabin (including a supervisor) and brought with them two mattresses try out. They stayed until we figured out which one was better. I was very grateful.
